Savour A Delicious 6-Course Zero-Food Waste Menu Imagined From Food Scraps in collaboration with A Circular Concept Café

2026

What if the most nutritious parts of your foods are the parts you’ll normally toss out even before you start cooking?

At Green-House Festival 2026, food design unit nottofu and circular concept café Bricolage – founded by alumni of a Michelin-starred restaurant, invite you to Eat Your Scraps!

A sundown walk-and-dine experience of starters, mains, and desserts made entirely from common kitchen scraps, transformed into a zero-waste menu you genuinely won't see coming.

This is Nottofu’s first outdoor food experience at the Solar Pavilion, Temasek Shophouse at Green-House Festival 2026. Together with Bricolage, we are creating a delicious 6-course menu in collaboration with Bricolage imagined from vegetable peels, citrus piths, prawn shells, stale bread, whole bananas and coffee grounds. We are also organising Guided Tours for anyone interested to find out about the ingredient-to-intention stories behind the menu.

To meet the co-curators to find out what a better food future tastes like, join us on our Guided Tours listed on Eventbrite.

We can’t wait to share the behind-the-scene stories.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION COMING SOON.
