Savour A Delicious 6-Course Zero-Food Waste Menu Imagined From Food Scraps in collab with Circular Concept Cafe Bricolage

Be a Better Food Futurist: Eat Your Scraps!
Guided Tour Experience
28 – 30 August 2026

Not just a tasting: a sundown walk-and-dine that will change the way you look at food you’d normally bin. Savour a delicious 6-course zero-food waste menu using upcycled kitchen scraps!

Hosted by the co-creators, hear from food design unit nottofu and circular concept cafe Bricolage on each dish’s ingredient-to-intention story: turning prawn shells into XO sauce, how stale bread becomes a caramelised dessert, and what coffee grounds taste like when it’s the star of the plate.

Leave with an exclusive set of recipe cards of the exact dishes served, complete with kitchen tips and a complimentary packet of Nobo Soy or Almond Soy Milk. Handy enough to keep on your kitchen counter, useful enough to change how you cook.

Guided Tour includes:
6 courses in tasting portions (2 Starters, 2 Mains, 2 Desserts)
• A guided tour with the creators
• A set of recipe cards
• 1 complimentary 180ml packet of Nobo Soy or Almond Soy Milk

What if the most nutritious parts of your foods are the parts you’ll normally toss out even before you start cooking?
